Shipping within Australia

Valhalla Lift Wear uses Australia Post to ship within Australia. 

Standard shipping is $7.95 for any orders under $150. Any orders over $150 will have free shipping.  

At this time due to Covid-19 we are unable to provide accurate shipping speeds. 

Please note: Please allow 24-48 hours for your item to be dispatched excluding weekends & public holidays.

 

Shipping to the United States

The cost of shipping orders weighing 1kg and under will have a flat rate cost of $20 AUD. For orders between 1kg and 1.5kg will have a flat rate cost of $35 AUD. Any orders over 1.5kg the cost will be calculated by the weight.

 

Shipping outside of Australia excluding the US

We are able to ship to countries outside of Australia. Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the order (unless shipping to the United States; refer to the above information).

For any orders outside of Australia, Valhalla Lift Wear is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. 

 

Returns Policy 

We hope you are happy with your new purchase from Valhalla Lift Wear, however if you do need to return your item/s, it needs to be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

We will refund/exchange if the below terms and conditions are met;
The returned items must be returned in original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use. We will not offer any returns on items that have been worn, used or washed in any way. 

If you are returning an item due to change of mind or size, you will incur the shipping cost to return it to us. However we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange to be sent back to you if you are located in Australia.
Otherwise if you are located outside of Australia you will incur the cost of sending the item/s back to us and it is recommended you use one that has tracking.  

If you are unsure of what size you will be, contact us so we are able to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. 

If the item is deemed faulty Valhalla Lift Wear with cover the shipping replacement costs of the faulty item. 

Please allow 5 business days for Valhalla Lift Wear to process your return once it has been received by us before a refund/exchange is issued. 

Please email us at support@valhallaliftwear.com to request a return/exchange and the reason for returning and we will respond back to you with 2 business days to process your request. 

If the item you receive is faulty please email us at support@valhallaliftwear.com and we will respond back to you with 2 business days to process your request. 

A faulty item is one that is damaged upon arrival. 
General wear and tear from wearing or from misuse of washing care instructions is not considered a fault in the garment and won't be able to be considered faulty and cannot be returned.
